I had to deal with 3 agents before meeting Robert and he was reffered to me by a very close friend in order to sell my cottage.
Assuming like every other agent out there, he was going to sell my property and disappear. WELL I WAS WRONG !!!!
he helpped me ever step of the way even after the sale was done.

I informed him how much I was looking to get for the property and he advised me with what needs to done in order to get what i wanted.
Once I completed all he recommended he delievered what was promised to 100%. Also he made sure that all angels are covered, making sure i am safe in the future.
( what a peace of mind ).

He gave such great service that used his services again to buy a house. Now long story short. My wife and I saw some properties that we wanted to buy and with Robert's
experience he advised us not to buy the house and explained the whys and the issues we would have to face.

Finally he found a house that we were able to efford and repair to our liking... he doesnot treat people like just client but more family

I was told that with my budget it is not possible to find a decent property in WI. Robert did a magic. I changed two agents before finding Robert Wiseman. He is a broker with high professional and ethical standards. Robert also saved my transaction by referring a fantastic mortgage broke as RBC had declined my mortgage application in last minute.  True story.
