We are beyond thrilled to share our outstanding experience with Robert. From start to finish, he demonstrated unparalleled dedication, expertise, and professionalism. First and foremost, Robert took an inordinate amount of time to explain every intricate detail of the buying and selling process to us. As first-time sellers, we had a plethora of questions and concerns. He patiently walked us through each step, ensuring we felt confident and informed throughout the entire journey. His depth of knowledge and ability to communicate complex real estate concepts in an easy-to-understand manner was truly impressive and deeply reassuring. What truly sets Robert apart is his remarkable efficiency and effectiveness. Our home was sold in just 2 weeks, a testament to his excellent marketing strategy, keen market insights, and tireless work ethic. We were astounded by how quickly and smoothly the sale was completed, far exceeding our expectations. Moreover, Robert went far beyond the call of duty. He provided invaluable support and guidance, addressing every concern with a level of care and attention that we have never experienced with any other agent. Whether it was recommending trusted professionals, negotiating the best terms, or simply being available for a reassuring conversation, Robert was there for us every step of the way. In a market where exceptional service can be hard to find, Robert Wiseman stands out as a true gem. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work, dedication, and unwavering support. If you are looking for a real estate agent who combines expertise, efficiency, and genuine care for clients, look no further than Robert! We wholeheartedly recommend him and will undoubtedly turn to him for any future real estate needs.

I had to deal with 3 agents before meeting Robert and he was reffered to me by a very close friend in order to sell my cottage. Assuming like every other agent out there, he was going to sell my property and disappear. WELL I WAS WRONG !!!! he helpped me ever step of the way even after the sale was done. I informed him how much I was looking to get for the property and he advised me with what needs to done in order to get what i wanted. Once I completed all he recommended he delievered what was promised to 100%. Also he made sure that all angels are covered, making sure i am safe in the future. ( what a peace of mind ). He gave such great service that used his services again to buy a house. Now long story short. My wife and I saw some properties that we wanted to buy and with Robert's experience he advised us not to buy the house and explained the whys and the issues we would have to face. Finally he found a house that we were able to efford and repair to our liking... he doesnot treat people like just client but more family Thank you soooo much Robert

I was told that with my budget it is not possible to find a decent property in WI. Robert did a magic. I changed two agents before finding Robert Wiseman. He is a broker with high professional and ethical standards. Robert also saved my transaction by referring a fantastic mortgage broke as RBC had declined my mortgage application in last minute. True story.
